Notice of Meeting: Special Committee on Innovation Transfer and Entrepreneurship, February 17, 2022

**IMPORTANT**

A meeting of The Regents Special Committee on Innovation Transfer and Entrepreneurship is scheduled for February 17, 2022 at UCLA and by teleconference. In accordance with California Government Code §§ 11133 regarding the COVID-19 public health emergency, some members of the Board will participate via Zoom.

COVID related protocols will be followed, including social distancing; therefore, there will be very limited seating for members of the public. Public comment may be made by phone or in person. ALL ATTENDEES MUST ABIDE BY CAMPUS HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, COMPLETE A SYMPTOM SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE, AND IN ADDITION MUST TAKE A RAPID ANTIGEN COVID-19 TEST PROVIDED BY UC AT THE MEETING SITE PRIOR TO ENTRY.
