Lori Pelliccioni

Lori Pelliccioni’s career has taken her from the courthouse to the classroom. She received her juris doctorate in 1986 and worked as a litigation associate with Katten Muchin and Zavis. She moved on to the United States Attorney’s Office where she served as an assistant United States attorney prosecuting health care fraud cases. Since leaving government service, Ms. Pelliccioni has been a partner in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Health Care Practice, the chief compliance officer and acting general counsel for DaVita, Inc. and health care consultant and interim corporate counsel for Amgen, Inc. She currently serves as the acting general counsel and chief compliance officer for Simplex Healthcare, Inc.

She is a graduate of UCLA, having earned a Master's and doctoral degree from the School of Public Health studying health law, examining regulatory compliance, health care fraud and abuse. She is currently a UCLA adjunct associate professor in the School of Public Health's Department of Health Services.

Ms. Pelliccioni is a member of the School of Public Health’s alumni board and a past president of the UCLA Health Policy and Management Alumni Association. She is also a member of the Delta Omega Society.

She served as the President of the Alumni Associations of the University of California (AAUC) from 2011-2012, and as an Alumni Regent for one year commencing July 1, 2011, and as an Alumni Regent-designate from 2010-11.
