Notice of Regents Meeting, May 16-18, 2023

The Regents of the University of California and its committees will meet on May 16-18, 2023 at UCLA and by teleconference. In accordance with California Government Code §§ 11133 regarding the COVID-19 public health emergency, as extended by the 2022 budget bill (SB 189), some members of the Board will participate via Zoom.

COVID related protocols will be followed, per UCLA guidelines. Public comment may be made by phone or in person in accordance with Regents policy. Masking is strongly recommended (but no longer required).

Click on each Committee/Board meeting below to see the agendas and on each open session agenda item to see background materials. Please note that all times indicated and the order of business are approximate and subject to change.

Members of the public may sign up for public comment at https://ucop.questionpro.com/t/ASskDZvyLH by 5:00 p.m. the day before the public comment period. Please provide a name, phone number, and identify the matter you wish to address. Efforts will be made to accommodate each individual who has signed up to speak. However, depending on the number of individuals wishing to speak, there is no guarantee that all who have signed up will be able to address the Regents.
