Regent Emeritus Jason Morimoto

Jason Morimoto is currently a finance executive at ServiceNow. Previously, Mr. Morimoto was a finance executive at HP Inc. where he was responsible for designing and leading HP's worldwide budget and long-term strategic financial planning processes. He previously also served in an operational role as HP's Head of Mobility Business Development and Partnerships.

Before HP, Mr. Morimoto spent over a decade in investment banking working at Citigroup Global Markets in its technology, mergers and acquisitions and Latin American groups and at Morgan Stanley in its equity capital markets group. 

Mr. Morimoto graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Highest Honors with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from UC Berkeley in 2002.

Mr. Morimoto is the Immediate Past President of the Cal Alumni Association (CAA) and has served on the CAA Board of Directors since 2011. He has also served as a Trustee on the UC Berkeley Foundation and was the Vice President of the Alumni Associations of the University of California (AAUC) from 2018-19. He was an Alumni Regent for one year commencing July 1, 2018.
