Regents Policy 7306: Policy on Performance of Officers

Approved September 20, 1968

That, if a Regent has any question regarding a Chancellor’s or other administrative officer’s performance of duties or compliance with Regental policy, that question be referred in the first instance to the President of the University. The President thereupon will investigate the matter and report as appropriate to The Regents.
