BYLAW 2. Corporate Seal
2.1 Design.
The corporate seal of The Regents of
the University of California shall be of the following form
and design:
2.2 Use.
The corporate seal shall be used only
in connection with the transaction of business of The Regents
of the University of California and of the University. The
seal may be affixed by the Secretary and Chief of Staff on any document signed
on behalf of the Corporation. Permission may be granted
by the Secretary and Chief of Staff for the use of the seal in the decoration
of any University building or in other special circumstances.
